    Helpful tips

Things you can do now to ensure a smooth transition to our new system.

    Before System Upgrade:
    • Bill Payments: Ensure all bills due during the upgrade weekend are paid well in advance. All your accounts, both single and joint will be combined into one member profile. Billl payment details will be merged into one list. To avoid confusion, we recommend you remoe any vendors you no longer use and save your bill payment list before the upgrades.
    • Transfers: Complete any internal account transfers and international transfers.
    • Interac e-Transfer®:
      • Write down your Interac e-Transfer profile details.
      • To avoid any disruptions, complete all e-Transfers well in advance. Ensure that recipients accept their transfers before the weekend or cancel any pending transfers beforehand. Any e-Transfers left pending will no longer be visible after the weekend and cannot be canceled by the sender.
      • Make a list of, print, or screenshot all e-Transfer recipient details as they will need to be re-entered on your account post conversion.
      • Screenshot and save/print your e-Transfer history.
      • Download/print your priority account records: eStatements, eDocuments, account history, and cheque images.

    After System Upgrade:
    • Online Banking: Log in to online banking with your Member ID and existing Personal Access Code (PAC). IMPORTANT: Please limit password attempts to no more than two. If you are unable to log in after two attempts, contact your branch for assistance. A third unsuccessful attempt will result in a 24-hour lock out.
    • 2-Step Verification: Re-enable your 2-Step Verification settings as prompted to either your mobile phone number or email address.
    • Interac e-Transfer: Set up your profile, update your Autodeposit to your new account number, and add your recipient list.
    • Alerts: Set up your security, balance and activity, and member service alerts.
    • Online Login Profile: Save your online login profile by selecting “Remember Me”. If you already had a saved login profile, please remove the memorized login by choosing Manage Login Profiles then delete. On the mobile app, you may need to delete and re-install the app to reset this feature.
