What is Lock’N’Block?

Lock’N’Block™ is a self-serve card lock feature that allows you to lock your debit card or block certain types of transactions using the app or online banking. When “locked” all transactions are automatically declined, making fraudulent attempts to use the card either online, by phone, or at ATMs and retailers virtually impossible.

It’s quick, convenient, and user friendly. Whether your card has been lost or stolen, you can rely on Lock’N’Block to protect you from fraud with just the click of a button.

Your options:

• Lock card to prevent all transactions
• Block ATM transactions
• Block purchases and refunds
• Block ATM and point of sale transactions abroad

How it works:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select Lock’N’Block on the app's Home page or under Account Services in online banking.
3. Select the card you want and features you want to enable.
4. Be sure to save your changes
