    Step by step guide to Teleservice bill payment reversal

     

    Before you proceed, please ensure that you are registered for teleservice and have confirmed the transaction through online banking.


    Follow our 8 easy steps...


    • Call Teleservice at 1-800-963-4848.
    • Choose your preferred language, press 1 for English.
    • Enter the Credit Union number 057.
    • Select option 2 to perform financial transactions and input your account number (formatted as xxxxx00x) and password.
    • Select option 3, and then choose option 3 again for bill payment reversal.
    • Follow the provided steps to input the last four digits of the bill account number you intend to reverse, along with the corresponding dollar amount. If the bill payment account number includes digits and letters, refer to the attached legend.
    • Confirm the reversal, and afterward, check online banking to ensure that the funds have been credited back to your account. Keep in mind that reversals must be completed on the same day and before 9:00 pm AST.
    • In the case of fraudulent activity, take immediate action by removing the vendor from online banking, changing your online banking password, and contacting our Member Advice Center (MAC) for additional security instructions.
