How do I?
We want to make sure you are aware of the impacts you can expect during our banking system upgrade. Between Friday, April 4th (5pm) and Monday, April 7th, online banking, the app, and telephone banking will be unavailable. Interac e-Transfers will be unavailable between Friday, April 4th (5pm) and Tuesday, April 8th. To minimize the impact this will have, we recommend taking the following steps now:
